Warranty Coverage

FormaFlow Panels ("FormaFlow") warrants to the original purchaser that its outdoor lifestyle products, including planters, gates, fences, railings, pergolas, privacy screens, privacy planters, mounting brackets, and posts, manufactured from aluminum, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This means the products will maintain structural integrity and mechanical soundness and avoid significant changes in appearance.

Warranty Period

This warranty is valid for the lifetime of the product from the date of purchase and is limited to the original purchaser.

Coverage Scope

Products are guaranteed against defects that render them structurally or mechanically unsound or significantly alter their appearance.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear.
Powder coating wear.
Damage occurring post-shipping from FormaFlow.
Damage from fire, extreme weather events, or corrosive fumes.
Components or labor from third parties.
Issues from improper fitting, sizing, misapplication, or installation.
Structural failure due to external structures.
Minor scratches or visual imperfections.
Neglect, improper use, lack of maintenance, or improper cleaning.
Accidents, abuse, or customer modifications.
Improper pre-installation storage.
Re-installation after the original installation.
Damages worsened by delayed action or claim.
Exposure to harsh or extreme environmental conditions.
Labor for removing, installing, or replacing the product.
Chemical or mechanical alteration of original surfaces.
Any other causes beyond FormaFlow's control, including acts of God exceeding product design and testing specifications.
Shipping costs for returns.
Normal maintenance.

Claim Process

Warranty claims require:

Written submission with original sales receipts, proof of installation, and photographs of defects to the contact information below.
FormaFlow reserves the right to inspect and test products claimed as defective.
Immediate claim submission upon detection of defect.
No repair without FormaFlow's written consent.

Remedies

FormaFlow's obligation under this warranty is, at its sole discretion, to:

Provide replacement product or components; or
Refund the purchase price.

Replaced items are warranted for the remainder of the original period. Replacements may differ in color or style if original products are discontinued. This is the sole remedy under this warranty.

Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and limited to the original purchaser.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.

Limitation of Liability

FormaFlow's liability is limited to repair or refund as stated. FormaFlow shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including damages to property, loss of use, labor costs, relocation expenses, loss of profits, or emotional distress. Liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the defective product. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these may not apply.
